Step 1: What are your country's import rules?
Ask your customs authority or broker about vehicle age limits, emission standards, type approval and duties. These rules decide which model years you can import and whether electric conversions are accepted.
Step 2: Which model and quantity?
Choose the model year, body and quantity. We export Hiace model years 2022 to 2026, accept orders from a single unit, and allow mixed models in one shipment.
Step 3: FOB or CIF?
Under FOB you pay freight from the China port. Under CIF the price includes sea freight and insurance to your port. The ICC publishes the Incoterms 2020 rules that define both terms. We quote either one.
Step 4: How are the vehicles inspected and shipped?
We coordinate inspection, send photos or video, then load the vehicles by container or Ro-Ro. In-stock units can be arranged for shipment within 10 working days after payment.
Step 5: What documents will you need?
Export shipments commonly include a commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading. Some countries also ask for a certificate of origin. Confirm the list with your broker, and we prepare the export side.
What about electric versions?
Electric conversions are a special case. Ask for battery and conversion data in writing and check whether your authority accepts converted vehicles before you pay a deposit.
